We make our gelato from scratch every day and offer new flavors regularly to keep things fresh, seasonal, and interesting. Cow Bella is dedicated to local, all-natural and organic products, so you can rest easy knowing your dessert (or afternoon pick-me-up) was made only with the highest quality ingredients. Whenever we can’t buy locally, we conscientiously try to source from vendors committed to fair wages and good land practices.

Coffee: Just as important as a good scoop of gelato is a finely-crafted espresso drink. We get ours locally from St. Paul-based True Stone Coffee Roasters, who are dedicated to small co-op farms where farmers are paid better than fair trade prices.
